Aultman Core Asset Area Programs

The Aultman Core Asset Area (approximately 500 acres in size) is bounded by 4th St NW, Harrison Ave, Bellflower Ave, and 11th St. SW.

This area has been designated as one of six targeted investment areas in the City’s Comprehensive Plan (adopted in 2016). In 2017 Aultman Health Foundation asked Community Building Partnership to be their partner in supporting the neighborhood revitalization efforts of this area.

Down Payment Assistance Program

A $2,000 Down Payment Assistance grant is available to buyers looking to purchase in the Aultman Core Asset Area. No income restrictions apply!

Model Investor Reward Program

10% rebate, up to $2,000, available to property owners with rental units in the Aultman Core Asset Area that complete exterior improvements to their properties.

Aultman Employee Rental Incentive Program

Aultman Health Foundation employees renting homes in the Aultman Core Asset area can receive $500 towards their security deposit. No income restrictions apply!
