Community Building Partnership is excited to offer its very own $2,000 Down Payment Assistance grant for buyers purchasing a residential property for owner-occupancy in The Aultman Core Asset Area. There are no income requirements.
Program Requirements
eHome America
Applicants must complete eHome America's $99 homebuyer education course.
Aultman Core Asset Area
The home must be located within the Aultman Core Asset Area.
Grants Limited to Annual Funding
Funding is awarded on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact CBP to ensure that funding is still available for your home.
Please Note:
Funding is delivered via check to title company upon closing. Home buyer is not eligible for any rebates, and this grant cannot be combined with the City of Canton Down Payment Assistance grant. Completed applications may be dropped off during business hours or mailed to:
